Take a peek at bigcartel, it's good for if you are small and just starting out.

Create.net do a really cheap option for an online shop website.

Magento Go can be set up yourself - you don't need a developer to do it. It's about $25 a month and absolutely BRILLIANT. Maybe find a freelancer on People Per Hour to give it a bit of polish.

I use Magento for my online shop and think it's excellent. Got a developer to set it all up.

This is a good forum for e commerce new start-ups.

I'm starting a posh cat product business but I just don't know which e-commerce website provider to choose and need some suggestions

To start with I will probably have around 20 products and I know I need to keep costs low but I'm getting wow'd by providers like shopify.

So any advice on a reliable provider, easy to use/make website, looks professional, and good value, probably with email and something that could grow with my business? (Hoping that business will grow, at least eventually!)
