Hi all, I am hoping to set up an online shop on ebay and a website, however, I am having the jitters about the website, a bit of self doubt is creeping in. How does it work, does someone set one up for you then you update it or do they do all the updating too?

You can hire someone to set it up and keep it up to date.

You can hire someone to set it up so you can update it yourself.

Or you can do the whole thing yourself.

I'm an Online Media Specialist. I'd be happy to talk to you about what I do if you want to PM me.

Weebly.com - a free online tool that you can design the website on (including a shop) and then link to your domain name

Have a look at Magento Go. Inexpensive, you can do it yourself & very powerful.

You can also hire an independent contractor via odesk or people per hour (odesk is better for IT) to design you a more branded/designed storefront on odesk.
