How old is your daughter Beedell?

I am so sorry your daughter is being bullied and I can see how awkward it is if it is a relative. Perhaps you should ask the school what their anti bullying strategy is and say you would like to know what they are doing to address bullying. National Anti-Bullying week starts on the 14th so it is a good time to do it.
If they leap into action now and do a lot of work on bullying over the next weeks, the bullying may stop. If it does not, you will need to decide whether to talk to your daughter's teacher or someone in the school she trusts. Could your daughter keep a diary of what is happening? - you always need evidence if you do raise the issue. Encourage your daughter to stay with friends and avoid this person.
