variflow teats

Has anyone tried the variflow teats with the Dr Brown bottles. I am going to move my baby onto Omneo comfort, as that is a thicker milk I have been advised to use these teats.
How do they work, does baby control the flow?!

i found them fantastic, my DS was very sicky baby and these reduced that so he must be controlling the flow to how he wants??

now he's older i put him on medium then fast flow teats to speed things up but for 7ish mnths the vari-flow were gooc.

I used the tommee tippee version of bottles (like DR Browns) and was very pleased with them.

Did variflow with Boots own bottles - worked for ds - I take it that it works via the force of their suck (slow was too slow for him, medium okayish, and fast drowned him! with variflow he seemed to get the speed he wanted...)
