one of these? Do you know whether the Avent bottles are too wide for it? Love the idea but use an avent pump/bottles and would prefer to store and feed from the same bottle.

And we could all do with an obliging milkman once in a while!

Yes, I have this. Its a standard bottle size so no, it will be too small for Avent pump. It looks great but to be honest, I've never used the plastic thing (first in first out). Also I find the bottles a little too small - they are really only 4oz bottles - 5oz if filled totally to the top so if I had to do it again, I would buy more Medela bottles (or Avent) whichever works for your pump.

Sorry, Bubblesmum, it was the plastic thing I was interested in rather than the bottles themselves. Just that I always have EBM in the fridge and have to keep checking the dates to make sure I use the oldest first because other people keep putting things in the fridge as well and messing up my arrangements, same with the freezer! But are you saying that the wide-necked bottles won't fit in the plastic thing?

Hi Chipmonkey - Re. the plastic thingy, no I doubt other wider bottles would fit - its very tight. However I have seem similar things in kitchen shops for holding Cans (coke etc)... so that might work for you.
