EBM - How long does it last out of fridge - Help Please!

thanks, didn't know about kellymom webiste, it's really useful.
EBM lasts for up to 10 hours at room temp. It is unlike any other milk in that respect. Obviously, do use it as soon as you can though.

I understand it to be 1 hrbut have pushed this to two myself and have been okay :-)
Apparantly, longer than you think. Go to Kelly mum website and it will tell you. 30 Mins is definitely ok.

New mum, can anyone advise how long EBM lasts once taken out of fridge? e.g. I'd like to take it out around 30 mins before feed is due to get to room temp, what happens of LO doesn't want feed for say an hour or two after that?
