Hi, Can anyone offer any advice? My 9 week old has been unwell over the past few days and is only taking on average 6-8 ounces of milk over a 24 hour period. This has been continuing for three to four days now. I have been to the hospital with him on Friday but now I am worried as he's hardly eaten a thing. He does seem to be getting better though so I'm just wondering whether I should just accept the amount he's taking and wait until his appetite returns naturally or whether I should go back to the hospital incase his milk intake is dangerously low. Can anyone help?

Why don't you just take him to the GP?
They will be able to tell you if he is starting to look dehydrated.
My daughter became ill when she was a few months old and hardly took any milk for a few days and was fine, but I would be inclined to have someone give him the once over since it has been going on for a while. I am sure he'll be better soon.
