Sorry if this seems a bit dim but it's not happened before so need some advice!

Ds3 is 6mths and has been exclusively bfed. Since his feeds last night my nipples have become incredibly sore. His latch hasn't changed so I'm a bit bemused.

Any advice??? Thanks!

Could be thrush. Does the baby also have white spots inside his mouth, and/or dark red rash on his behind?

My dd recently started sleeping through occassionally, at 22 months(!) and I experienced soreness (and fussiness from dd) during each feed for around 2 weeks after the few full nights. Thought maybe she was teething, maybe it was thrush, could I be pg? Turned out it was PMT when AF appeared first time since 2005! Could that be it, if you've ruled out anything else?
