a personal question, but is af due a visit? my mother in law told me she used to get this occasionally when af visited?

i might go to the doctor, just because it's so weird. was a bit worried i might be pregnant, could that be a possibility with a second child?

I think she means your period..?

I've always wondered what af stands for actually

AF = Aunt Flo aka your period...occasionally referred to as "the old bat" as well

i never had this myself, just remember my mother in law telling me about it after i had my dd.

if period is due in 2 weeks, then you might be ovulating which might muck up your hormones?

perhaps its just my broodyness. (dh isn't even here, but i can imagine him over my shoulder 'we can't afford it, we can't afford it' has become his permanent mantra

I came across this on kellymom the other day. Pregnancy would be one reason for it or some medicines can cause this

I would be inclined to do a pregnacy test and if negative have a chat with the doctor about it.

good luck xx
