Bottle or trainer cup - which do I choose?

I will be going back to work in the new year and ds will be almost 7 months old by then.

I have started expressing and freezing, but I'm not sure whether to start him on EBM from a bottle or a trainer cup. He has had the occasional bottle of EBM from dh / grandparents, but not on a regular basis.

What have other folks done?

Trainer cup, deffo. You won't have to wean him off it then.
