How many calories do you expend in bm per day?

If you are feeding a 16m old toddler who is having a lot of feeds per day?

I'm starting to worry about my diet, as I'm currently eating a lot of food that I couldn't when not bfing, and not putting on any weight. I need to stop eating this soon or I'm going to end up a porker when I stop bfing DS2.

How many extra calories are you supposed to eat per day? I'm sure it wasn't many.

good article here - it reckons 300-500 calories which is (eg) one Twix and a banana.
