Had a awful sickness bug all day today - have just stopped throwing up. Come on to ask if anyone knows if ds2 will be ok bfing still - his last nappy was bright green (sorry if tmi!) and worried he's not getting any milk. Also worried about making up a bottle incase get sick bugs into it!

Not feeling very rational at the moment and dh away until tomorrow night!

Poor you! I sympathise, I had a d&v bug when dd1 was 4m old. She was also vomitting. Advice was to just feed as normal, it's the best thing for the baby.

Hope you feel better soon.

The main thing is is to keep yourself hydrated - flat coca cola is good for this. I nearly fainted from dehdration when bfing with d&v. My dd2, however, was fine.

Your body always makes sure your baby will get enough milk.

thanks - thought that the baby would come first (always does ) - but just needed a bit of reassurance!
