Help with finding bf evidence please!

I'm trying to alter some perceptions of bfeeeding and how to support breastfeeding mothers of premature babies.

I will do a literature search but I wondered if any kind bf gurus could point me in the direction of any literature on the following areas?

Volume expressed does not equal volume available if baby were to bf (ie it is wrong to think that if a mother expresses 20mls that's all that baby would have available).

Normal patterns of breastfeeding (ie it is ridiculous to expect that a baby establishing breastfeeding will only want to feed every 3-4 hours).
