I bought some of these the other day, but when I opened them yesterday I realised the instructions are missing. Obviously I could take them back but its a bit of the journey to the shop so not my ideal option. Does anyone know the heating & chilling instructions for these? I guess to cool you put in the fridge but how do I heat them. There is no urgency as babe isn't born yet but just thought I would sort this now.

I don't recall ever using them warm, but I'd imagine just immersing them in warm water in a bowl would do the trick. Don't think you could microwave them.

Worked a treat - but savoy cabbages were great too

i must admit I tried savoy cabbages last time and really disliked them, thought I'd give these a go instead so as not top have the dubious cabbagey smell. Shame they are not microwaveable.

Hmmm - I'd forgotten the lovely cabbagey smell. My boobs were so hot in the first couple of days, that the leaves were 'lightly steamed' in minutes. How environmentally friendly!
