They normally give you impartial advice and then slip in a marketing message at the end. It's quite funny. I call them now and then to mock their adverts and ask complicated questions about defatting milk and stuff.

The baby food companies are funnier though.

I rang C & G and the lady i spoke to was really nice. She sounded like she was at home with Corrie on and later in the call she told me thats what she was doing! Also she sympathised with me that the particular C & G formula i was using was hard to make up and basically said 'I didnt tell you this but...' and then proceeded to tell me the exact opposite of what teh C & G formula instructions said!
So I gave her full marks for reassuarance... but zero marks to self for ringing C & G helpline
