I want to conceive sharpish!

I know bf isn't a safe form of contraception but since we're ttc with gusto at the moment I want the best odds I can get!

People tell me bf as a form of contraception is a myth but this isn't helpful. What I want to know is, is it going to reduce my odds when ttc?

(Have been bf for 6 months and as yet no periods)

Thanks!!

Thanks, - have dropped about 4 feeds over the last 6 weeks now that LO is eating solids! Hasn't worked yet!

If you ovulate, it takes two weeks before you see a period, iyswim, so it may well have already worked.

I found dropping night feeds meant I started ovulating, both times.

Thanks NQC! Meant to say dropped 4 feeds 6 weeks ago rather than over 6 weeks! I know SOME people ovulate when BF, but is it possible that I won't until I stop?
