Lasinoh nipple cream and try a breast pump - that is a lot easier on the nips than a baby and will keep your milk flow going while it heals up

Kamilosan from boots, its got Chamomille in it. My midwife suggested it ( onll decinet bit of avice she ever gave me0/

its bloody brilliant, you have my sympathis.

Get a bit, rub it on the back of your hand to soften it first, then apply, its so soft. NO stinging, its really fast at healing. Have used it for helping heal lots of other stuff since too.

i used plain ole vaseline after every feed
that seemed to do the trick
lanisoh(?) is very good to but very expensive i only used it as i had some free samples
i remember that toe curling agony of the latch on moment with cracked nipples

Try changing the postion when feeding. I used the rugby hold when i had cracked nipple and it did make it bearable. that and lots of lasinoh cream. Hope it gets better soon.
