COWS MILK ALLERGY?

my ds seems very snotty on cows milk formula. we're currently using aptimil 1st which he seems to like the taste of but when we moved to nanny formula his congestion was a lot less severe. i would have stayed with the nanny if it had been a little less thick. the result was that he took less at every feed and woke up more often with hunger. is there any other goats milk brand we could try?
ds is 18 weeks and has never done the 11p - 7am stretch. he feeds 5 times a day and roughly takes 5 oz ech time. he has just started solids which has made no difference to his sleeping - shame!

Last time I looked at this, Nanny was the only goats milk formula that fulfilled UK formula regs, Issywoo.

What about a different teat?, we found that those with a cross rather than holes were better for thick formula (when in gaviscon). You can get them at ASDA.

PS Avoid the ones Avent sells that come with an adjustable flow (3 different positions instead of a cross) they are a mess and difficult to keep in position.

teat tips are great, will try them. seeing a gastroenterologist next week to see how bad his reflux is so maybe we can try an alternative to gaviscon (i'm sure it must taste horrible!)
