Dropped 1 of 3 night feeds - engorgment & mastitis

I'm posting this in desperation so that I hopefully don't need to suffer mastitis again. My daughter is 6 weeks & ive had it twice. Last night I slept for 1.5 hours and that's all due to shivering & pain.

So I think it was due to DD dropping 1 feed. She used to feed at 1,3,5 now it's 1,5 o'clock. I could feel my boobs getting hard and sore but I left it as I thought my body would adjust as its supply & demand.

What should I be doing? Waking up to express at 3? For so how much & how long for (1 week etc)
