7 month old only takes bottle from me?

My 7 month old has been bottle fed partially for the last 3 months and fully for the last 2. He has always taken it well from pretty much anyone who will give him it but for the last two weeks he will only take any milk if he is lying flat, like in his cot or something, he refuses if you're holding him flat, and now for the last week or so he has almost always refused to take it from anyone apart from me. Even his dad! His dad will try feeding him and he'll take literally nothing but I can then try and he'll take most of his bottle. What's going on??? We don't hold the bottle any different or anything!
