Weaning from breast to bottle to solids- help!

DS is nearly 10 months old, was ebf to 6 months then started weaning (some purée to start but now we're totally blw). However he has 7 teeth and he's started using them... I've tried to stop this but I can't take any more biting! We started mix feeding a couple of months ago, so I think it's time to drop some more bfs, for the sake of my nibbled nipples.

No idea how much to give though or when to start reducing bottles... I had been doing milk before solids but is it time now to swap that over?

At the moment our day looks like this:

Morning:
Bf, then solids - porridge and half a banana, water offered

Lunch
7oz bottle then solids - scrambled egg on toast would be typical, maybe some tomato, fruit. Water.

Mid afternoon - bf

Dinner - bf (replaces tonight with a 7oz bottle then solids. Chicken stew tonight, then a petit filou type yogurt. Water.

Bedtime - bf

Dream feed- 7oz bottle at 10pm

Am also trying to night wean as he was only having v short bfs (less than 5 mins).

He's on the 91st centile for weight, 98th for length so is a big hungry chap... but that feels like too much formula. Is it? Do I start doing solids first now?

Ideally I'll now gradually drop the last bfs, I might keep the bedtime feed but that will be all.

I feel like I'm starting from scratch again...Confused
