Infant feeding

fast let down - which teat?

I'm trying to get my 7 week old DD to take a bottle. She didn't like Medela Calma but seemed to latch on well to the NUK one. She sucks but doesn't seem to be getting any milk.

I have a strong let down, if she comes off the breast while feeding, my milk spurts everywhere! So I'm wondering whether it is worth trying the stage 2 teat or if I should try another brand of bottle.

Would be grateful for any experience!

Watching this with interest! Probably not quite as fast letdown as you, but still getting very wet during and after feeds. We have the Tommee Tipee closer to nature bottles with the slowest teat which when tilted still fast drips out. It's really hit and miss wether the 7 week old (tomorrow!) takes the bottle but that seems to be more of him being a mardy pants.
Since all these bottles were given I'm up for buying and trying others if someone has a super reccomemdation.

Hopeful bump! I've just bought the 0-6m teat with a large feeding hole and will try it tomorrow.
