DS has just turned one and I'm back at work full time. At the moment he has two bottles while I'm out - one cows milk and one expressed milk - and 3-4 bfs overnight. I express 5oz a day at work for the following day's feed. I'd like to stop expressing at work - it's turning out to be a real hassle. Can I just stop expressing or should I cut down (say pump 2oz instead of 5 for a few days)? Will it harm my supply if I'm only feeding at night?

It won't harm your supply as its well established. Pumping less for a few days sounds like a good idea
