Any recommendations? I have nursing and normal stuff. Whatevr i wear i get wet leaky nipple patches because of boobs moving when i turn over - and nipples missing the breast pads as a result.

notta, mothercare do some sleep nursing bras similar to crop top style. they are pretty comfy and keep pads in place. :)

Thanks all. I posted this during a night feed then forgot about it!

Motherland visit tomorrow then. Didn't want to start wearing actual bras in bed but this sounds like a good compromise. Getting fed up with the damp patches!

Depending on your boob size, I got away with the vest tops from Primark which had the hidden support in. I then use to put a muslin folded up in the hidden support bit. It was much better at dealing with leaks than breastpads, especially during the night where I seemed to leak more (had oversupply).

They're literally ??2.50 and are in the PJ / Bra section, have lots of different colours.

are you wearing decent adhesive breast pads (lansinoh)

I am wearing breast pads and they stay in place, its more that when i lay on my side my boobs move to one side and nipples escape the pads!
