I'm DS is almost 4mths. Despite what 'they' say about bf-ing and losing weight, I reckon I've put weight on as I'm permanently hungry.
I would like to start running again but worried it may affect my supply/taste of my milk. There's some info on kellymoms but was wondering what your experiences are and if its led to any problems?
