Breastfeeding vitamins

Hi all,

I'm feeding my 13mo DD, and am taking boots pregnancy vitamin supplements (just vitamins, not fish oil).
I'm exhausted all the time. I googled old threads and found people recommended Floradix. The liquid iron supplement looks good, but doesn't contain all the vitamins in my current tablet, notably vitamin D. I am thinking of buying the Floradix, plus separate vit d tablets. Just wondered what others have done?

If you are very tired all the time, see your HV or doc, mousey. It could be 'normal' tiredness, or something else, which a pill or tonic like Floradix will not fix....thyroid problem, for instance.
