Help please my friend thinks she has given her baby too much formula

My friend is staying with me with her 5 month old. She uses a prep machine for her bottle and it has possibly been on wrong setting for last 2 feeds. 6 scoops for 4oz water which is 2 scoops too much. Would this be much of a problem? Thank you if anyone can help.

Might cause constipation so look out for that.

For two feeds I wouldn't be concerned, as long as she's put it right now it should be fine.
