DD2 has oral thrush and I have it on my breasts. We're taking Nystatin for it (well, she is. I'm having cream). It seemed to be getting better and had almost cleared. Now it's coming back despite still being on medication for it. The resurgence seems to coincide with the introduction of infacol for her gas. Could it be the sugar in the infacol is making the thrush on her tongue worse? Obviously, if so, we would clear the thrush completely and then work with the infacol.
