Infant feeding

How do I express? (ebf for 4 months and don't have a clue)

I have a pump and bottles. I have a few events coming up and we need to leave baby with someone. Also it's been a while and I'd quite like a glass of wine.

Baby is 4 months, ebf on demand (no pattern to her feeding yet) and doesn't take a dummy. She was tried with bottle a few months ago as I had to toddler to A&E but granny said she hated it and barely took an oz it was formula though and not expressed milk

Any tips on how to introduce it and when I should pump?

Cheers

When I was first expressing I found it helpful to express first thing in the morning before DD woke up because my boobs were quite full and it was quite quick to pump about 60ml of milk. Just after feeding can also be good because the milk is already flowing.
