Falling asleep during night bottle feeds?

My 7 week old DD will eagerly take whole bottles during the day but when it comes to during the night, she is falling asleep after 1/2oz. I find she is then waking 30/40 minutes later looking for more which can be tiring! I've tried undressing her a bit, tickling her feet etc but nothing seems to work! We have moved up teat sizes and she seems to be getting the milk at the correct pace so it isn't that she's having to work too hard. We do sometimes change her nappy half way but as she has reflux, I don't like to do this as lying flat on her back tends to make her sick. I breastfed my other 3 DDs so haven't had this problem before. Thanks!

When she's taking 1-2oz, are you waking her for this or is she waking up herself? If you're waking her for it, I'd leave her until she wakes up naturally and she may take more. When she starts to doze off, stop the feed and change her nappy then carry on feeding her afterwards, DD was a sleepy baby and this used to (sometimes) persuade her to stay awake a little longer.

Just saw about the reflux. Could you change her on your knee? If you have one knee higher than the other then she'd be on a slant rather than laid flat.
