DS is nearly 5 months EBF (won't take a bottle) and still feeding every 2hours (or less) during the day and night. can go 3hours during the day but prefers more frequent feeds at night.
I can't establish any routine and normally end up with him sleeping on me so we get some sleep between feeds.
is this normal, I'd like to give him s bottle at night but he won't take one. took some expressed milk the other day but I haven't got any left and he doesn't seem to like the formula I have.
anyone else in the same boat or anyone who has come out the other side??

I have! DS did this until he was 1, woke regularly until he was 2 and now aged 3 is a dream sleeper and will sleep 12/13 hours off the belt.

Tough, even horrific in the middle, but it ends.

ds did it between 4 and 5.5 months. I was about ready to give him away (not really but it was pretty crap!)
he got better when he went into his own room and then again when he started nursery at 7 months.
He is now 10 months and generally only wakes twice a night.

It does get better! hang in there Thanks Wine
