Vitamin supplements

My skin and nails have been awful because of breastfeeding seems to be sucking it out of me. I've used up my pregnacare vitamins. Does anyone know if I need a special breastfeeding vitamin or if any old multivit would do?

Pregnacare are basically the same as bf vitamins! I use boots own.

Pregnacare do some post natal hair/nails ones too. Holland and Barratt sell them.

Thanks I take evening primrose oil for the nails problem but wondered if normal multivits would do instead of pregnacare.

I get them off amazon for not too much cost but I'd rather buy Aldi multivits as cheaper.

What do other people take? My diet isn't bad, lots of fresh veg and cook from scratch. Ds2 is 14mo now and my nails break all the time. This happened with ds1 too but seems worse now.

pregnacare do a special bf vitamin. it also includes a fish oil capsule. I took the conception ones then pregnancy and now on bf ones.
