Breast feeding position to avoid wind?

I'm breastfeeding my 11 day old and after a rocky start my nipples are coping pretty well at the moment.

The problem is, my baby is very windy. So much so that she screams after every feed until she poo's/farts/vomits/burps.

I can only assume she's getting air in from the latch not being right. So is there a position which is particularly good for avoiding wind?

When I fed my daughter I would take her off me after 5 minutes and burp her and put her back on, I never had problems with wind with her then, I don't think positions apart from your baby being upright will help much x

Yup I also burp between boobs and keep upright a while after. Some tinies have a tough time getting a clean burp up at first. Takes time (infacol can also help) but they do improve!
