hi
my little one is 2 and a half weeks old and I'm moving onto formula, she is taking it fine but I produce a ridiculous amount of milk.
I am express a bottle when they become very full to relieve pressure and pain and feeding her that too.
any advice on helping my milk dry up from anyone who has done it before?

Hand express rather than pump.

Sage tea, sudafed or go on the pill.

why hand express? I only take enough out for comfort when I do express.
also does the pill really work? for the milk I mean lol

I believe hand expressing doesn't stimulate the breast as much as pumping.

I am trying to find ways of reducing my supply as I have oversupply. I know all of the things I mentioned will reduce my supply.
