Return of the dreaded AF

I'm breastfeeding DS who is 11 months and this week AF returned. Or so I thought. It only lasted 24 hours! Can periods go a bit weird like this after not having one for yonks? Also does it make your milk go funny cos DS has been off the boob ever since. To the extent that today for naps and bedtime I tried to feed him to sleep as we always do but he refused so I put him in the cot and he rolled over and fell asleep!! This has never happened before. Is he weaning this early? Please help!

20 months without AF amazing. Maybe it has affected your DS or he is simply moving along. He is asleep so just accept that as a blessing, BF for 11 months is amazing x

Thanks for replying! After AF finished he has returned to the boob so I can only surmise that it made my milk taste funny!
