slightly dropping off 2nd percentile

My Dd got weighed at her 2nd lots of jabs and the HV although not too concerned suggested I feed my daughter more during the day. This was after I said I thought she must be eating enough as she often goes 7 hrs at night. My question is I feed on demand in the afternoon us usually every 2 hrs til bedtime surely she is just eating what she needs and these charts are just a guide?

My dd's weight gain dropped off when she started sleeping through at about 3 months, and as she had been a low birth weight the HV was concerned about it.

We rather foolishly took the HV's advice and started waking her up for a feed every night. Big mistake. She didn't sleep through the night again until nearly 2 - aaarghhh!
