Infant feeding

Taking out EBM

I've googled this and can't quite find the answer I'm looking for. I had twins 4 weeks ago and as they were premature and in NICU I ended up expressing far more milk than they needed. I now have several litres of it in the freezer and thought I could slowly use it up by giving them a bottle of EBM when out and about if I didn't want to tandem feed. What I can't find out us how to transport the bottles I'll use and keep them sterile. The bottles the milk was frozen in don't fit with the teats I have so I would be taking out bottles of frozen milk and then empty bottles. If I sterilise the bottles in a microwave steriliser will they stay sterile for me to pour the milk in a few hours later? It sounds daft but I'm so confused. Probably due to mushy brain from having 3 children under 3!! Confused

If you sterilise the bottles and put the lid/cap on straight away then yeah
