Worrying post on pregnancy- any BF experts can advise?

This lady is worried because the MW are keeping in hospital, she wants to BF but they are pressurising/not helping.
There are some bits in her post/prev medical history which some posters have picked up on as making her a more 'complex' case so possibly 'just discharge yourself' is risky (when you read the whole thread).

Wondered if any of the experts on this board could help?
