My friend's dd is now 14 weeks . she has 2 other kids and b/f them both so not a novice. BUT she feels she is not producing enough milk for afternoon and evening feeds. Baby is feeding and feeding to get more milk but demand is exceeding supply IYKWIM!!

Does anybody know what she can do to boost her milk supply (she is trying to rest more, drink plenty fluids etc). Are there any herbal remedies or power foods she could try to increase milk supply.

Thanks in advance, hope someone can help - it's not something I had a problem with, so I'm no use!!

Just been having a look on the net - fenugreek ROCKS!! As well as the b/f thingy, can also improve the health and 'beauty' of breasts, can be an aphrodisiac, help thinking skills, anti-ageing, stabilises your blood sugars, helps with PMS and makes your sweat smell of maple syrup!
Sod my friend, I'm getting some
