Query about freezing EBM

Hi, DD (13 weeks) takes one bottle of EBM in the evening. I usually express in the morning and get 3/4oz. How much she takes varies. If she only takes half, can I a. Save it for the next day? B. freeze it? (Baring in mind it's been warmed). We have been chucking it but I'll save it if I can!

The kellymom website has all the info you could ever need about storing and using expressed milk - definitely worth saving to your faves.
Personally, I have never frozen my milk after it has been warmed. But I have kept it at room temp for an hour or so in case ds wanted to finish it. I don't know if this is technically ok or not but it never caused ds (now 8.5 months and still bf) any problems. Could you perhaps give dc half then warm the second half if/when it's needed?

I did check Kellymom and its the one thing it doesn't say about!

Yes it's fine to leave it out for up to an hour if they decide to take a bit more. I'll probably continue as we have been but offer her a smaller bottle and see if she'll take more after a bit. Thanks.
