He is mix fed. Loving left one. Refusing right one for three days now. Think it is because of teething. Can manage to get him to have some when asleep and hand expressing rest of time to relieve the engorgement. Any tips?

Different position so he is not leaning on his sore cheek/side?

Has he had injections recently? My dd went off left boob for a few days after jabs because of leaning on her leg was sore. Maybe change positions might help.

Keep expressing though as otherwise the supply will go down on that side. They change their mind all the time!!

He had jabs yesterday but this started day before. Hmmmm. There's only one sitting up position that I an get to work. Can lay down on bed in the evening.

My DD would only feed lying on one side, so had to do rugby ball position on one boob and lay her across me for the other. Might be worth experimenting? Took me a while to figure out!

:) try KatOD's suggestion. I was about to say the same. It works a bit for my fussy-feeding DS :)

Think it was teeth as lasted four days and now normal again.
