Let down pains

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to relieve horrible let down pains? Expressing is not really an option as I'm out if the house a lot and also can't predict when the pain is going to come. Baby is 7 weeks now and there's been no improvement, it's like a knife through my nipples every time! :(

No ideas I'm afraid, but mine did stop a while ago now (baby is 15 weeks). They started getting less strong, and I haven't had any for at least 4/5 weeks. Here's hoping yours settle down too.
