Advice re reducing bottles

DD is, I think, trying to drop one of the 5 bottles a day she is currently having (she is nearly 7m). Unfortunately, she wants to drop the breakfast one - she has only had 1oz this morning and yesterday. Last night she woke at 1.30am and had a full 8oz. How can I convince her it would be better to have a nice full night's sleep and have a lovely big bottle when she wakes up ?

My dd did this. i had to get her off it gradually, tried water straight away and she screamed the whole night! started off by reducing the night feed by a couple of ozs every couple of days. then when down to about 3or4oz gave water when she woke, put back to sleep and then only offered milk on 2nd or 3rd wakening. took her about 2 weeks to realise it wasn't worth waking up for water and a measley amount of milk!
