Think I've got thrush

OW!

Red shiny nipples with broken skin, flaky bits, shooty pains, seriously painful feeding... it's the dreaded thrush, isn't it? It's been going on a while but I thought it was sloppy latch - except correcting it hasn't helped.

DD (just shy of 8mos) not showing symptoms other than chronic grumpitude but she seems to be teething anyway. Can't see anything in her mouth but I know she needs treating too.

What do I do? I'm trying to get a GP appointment but they've got nothing for a week and I can't go on that long. Is there anything I can get from a pharmacist?

I am bloody dreading the bedtime feed...!
