Dreadful wind.... Smoked mackerel or antibiotics??

DS2 is almost 5 weeks and is quite a windy baby, however last nights wind and discomfort reached new heights resulting in him sleeping on my chest for most of the night and crying out in pain for much of it too. For supper last night I had smoked mackerel, could this have upset him?? I am also on day 2 of a 5 day antibiotic course and while this would seem a more likely cause, I took the same ones for 10 days a couple of weeks ago with no discernible impact. Any thoughts/experiences? Thanks in advance!

Difficult to say which it might be, but anecdotally I ate kippers once when bfing DD and the whole lot (smelling exactly as you would expect semi-digested smoked-fish regurgitated milk to smell) came back up a few hours later. I didn't have kippers again while feeding.
