my 8 month old is on baby cereal and 5 cubes for tea, a yogurt at lunch time and about 17-20ozs milk.

i have been giving her a yogurt and avocado at lunch time, but want more ideas? she is not a big eater, so have kept lunch to a minimum till now to keep up milk intake, but now she is entering month 9 thinking i do not have to be so strict with milk intake?

what could i have give her a lunch time that is simple but calorific (want to fatten her up a bitSmile)

is avocado high in calories?

avocado is high in calories and good fats, it's extremely healthy. Banana would be good too and is portable and easily mushed if necessary.

Cheese is very high in calories. How about grating it and offering in a pile as a finger food?
