Hi,
My son is 10 months and i have been so lucky not to have any problems breastfeeding so far but yesterday i realised that feeding had been a little sore so had a look to see if there was anything and i found a small lump on my nipple. It looks like a whitehead.

I read to put a warm compress on it and feed then massage it which i did and with a little pressure some milk came out.
It seems to have filled back up? but feeding doensn't seem as sore as before.
can anyone advise on this please?

Thanks in advance :)

Sorry you are sore, have a read of this on Kellymom and see if it sounds like what you are experiencing.
