I seem to be having a few issues with my milk supply, I've read through the other threads on this issue and I'm now trying to feed more at night and trying to express to up my supply, however I wanted to know if any other MN's had any luck with fennel tea? I was in the health shop yesterday all ready to buy some, when I noticed it said "helps reduce appetite". This is a big concern for me, contrary to what I was told about BF and appetite, mine seems to have almost disappeared! I'm struggling food down to keep me strong and healthy, but I wouldn't want to risk taking anything that might hinder me further..
Are there any vitamins/alternative teas I can/should try? I know the best thing is to keep on feeding and the whole supply/demand basis... but it doesn't seem to be working as well as it should and by 6pm our 4 w/o dd is ravenous and I can't satisfy her :( Very infuriating..
So yes, any advice would be greatly received!
