Infant feeding

ds 6mo, full bf, periods back (I think)...

...but very very very light. Is this normal? It surprised me a bit because ds is not really feeding less at all - he is still waking 2-3 times at night, but the night feeds are possibly shorter than they were. He's not been weaned yet either. I suppose I won't be able to expect a regular cycle for a bit either? Thanks for help/experiences.

I had one small bleed (lasted not even a day) when dd3 was about 6months old and fully b/f. nothing since.

I can top trump you, periods back at 6 weeks both times and 100% bf in my case. Unless you experience any unusual pain or discolouration or odour ( hope you aren't eating while reading this) then best stock up on the Bodyform as you have your periods back.

A friend of mine was like Suzy, fully breastfeeding both times, period back at 6 weeks both times.

Mine came back, both times, when I stopped night feeds.

Mine returned exactly 6 weeks after both ds and dd,were both fully bf. Not fair i reckon,i assumed i'd not get any whilst i was fully bf.

Miaou, are you hoping they come back because you want to ttc?
We're planning to ttc after ds' 1st birthday, but I'm in 2 minds about starting sooner.
