Now that the Boots Feel Good Forum series is over, we've packaged up what we think are the best bits - so you can listen to them in easy, short, bite size chunks.

The latest one of these is about how to deal with the signs of ageing (or fight them if you want to). It's a very short clip so please do have a listen to skin expert Dr Nick Lowe's top tips.

~ Do you have any advice of your own to share on how to deal with or fight the signs of ageing?
~ What do you make of Dr Nick's tips?

Everyone who listens and adds their own tips or feedback will be entered into a prize draw to win £250 cash.

Thanks and good luck with the prize draw

For aches and pains those wheat/lavender bean bags that heat up in the microwave are great

I've never been one who looked after my skin partly due to a combination of laziness , lack of knowledge of the minefield of skincare products and partly because my skin wasn't too bad.

But after having my almost twins, lack of sleep, stress and being constantly rushed off my feet took its toll on my health and noticeably on my skin. My skin looked dull, I had bags under my eyes and I felt ten years older. It was clearly time I did something.

After consulting my make up/ skincare obsessed sister who suggested a 3 step cleansing/ toning / whatever routine which involved around 5 products and would cost a years supply of nappies, I felt despair.

I had very little time and as much as I wanted beautiful skin, I had a million more pressing priorities in my very busy day. I wanted something quick, relatively cheap, no nonsense and which actually works.

After a few very months of googling and trailing a few different skincare routines ie finally come up with something which works for my skin and I noticed a difference within a month.

My tips are keep it simple, trial a few different products/ routines to find what suits your skin and expensive doesn't always mean magic potion- there are fantastic affordable products available that work just as well as big brand names.

So my skin routine is morning and evening- cleanse with a an oil hot cloth cleanser, then apply couple of drops of facial oil. I alternate products depending on how my skin is. I would recommend for cleansers Liz Earle, Emma Hardie and Body Shop. For facial oils I use rosehip, body shop vitamin e oil.
